Rain Forest SL becomes a beneficiary entity of aid for projects under the Participatory Local Development Strategies of the Fishing Sector of Andalusia

BIOPARC Fuengirola receives a subsidy of 200.000 euros to increase the leisure offer through the installation of an aquarium area located in the expansion that is currently being built in the Malaga conservation center. This new project involves the incorporation of 2.700 square meters of park to the current offer, in which three main buildings will be located that occupy 800 m2 of the total and which will house five large aquariums - three marine and two freshwater - .

This aid is included within those financed by the European Union, through the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund, and co-financed by the Junta de Andalucía. Forming part of line B3. ” Support for diversification within or outside the commercial fishing sector, lifelong learning and job creation in fishing and aquaculture areas. Support for diversification within or outside the commercial fishing sector that creates or maintains employment.”
