Park rules

You cannot bring food into the park.

You should not throw objects or give food to animals.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the park.

Pets are not allowed in the park, except for guide and assistance dogs.

We must respect green areas. Always walk on the paths and keep the park clean.

You should not hit the glass of the enclosures. The animals do not respond to these stimuli.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, especially in play areas

It is not possible to re-enter the park, with the same ticket, once you have left it.

It is not possible to enter with bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, balls, balloons, etc.

Photography or recording may not be taken for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

Due to weather reasons, the ticket price will never be refunded.

It is not possible to enter the park without a shirt.

Do not forget

Check the activity schedules. The park schedule may be modified by the organization without prior notice.

For veterinary reasons there may be species that cannot be seen.

Accessing the park means accepting all the rules.

Specific admission conditions

In accordance with the provisions of Decree 10/2023, of January 28, which approves the General Regulations for the Admission of People in Establishments of Public Entertainment and Recreational Activities in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, modified by the Decrees 119/2005, 258/2007, 247/2011 and 211/2018, the company RAIN FOREST SL with CIF 81295586 is authorized, according to the annex to Decree 155/2018 of the Junta de Andalucía III.2.6, in the establishment called BIOPARC FUENGIROLA , to the following:

Access and stay are not permitted for people carrying food or drinks to be consumed inside the establishment, as well as in facilities where a hospitality service is provided.
Access and stay of people accompanied by animals is not permitted, with the exception of people accompanied by guide dogs.
Access and stay are not allowed for people who do not consume the minimum consumption established for the use of its facilities.
Access and stay of persons under the age of sixteen years unaccompanied, at all times, by a person legally responsible for the minor or a person of legal age expressly authorized by them is not permitted.
