BIOPARC may request documentation that accredits the person of legal age as legal responsible for the minor. Minors must enter accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. Minors over 16 years of age can visit BIOPARC without the need to be accompanied by adults. In this case, it is essential that the guardian or legal representative of the minor sign this document and provide photocopies of the DNIs or passports, both his and the minor's. If you have purchased an annual pass B! and you have not received the email to complete the data, and it is not in the spam folder and/or in junk mail, please send us an email to info@bioparcfuengirola.es indicating purchase details, such as email address, date of purchase, number of annual passes, whether the purchase was made at the ticket office or on the website, as well as the purchase locator if possible, and we will manage your request as soon as possible.
Under no circumstances is access to BIOPARC Fuengirola permitted without presenting the annual pass B. The email, the purchase receipt or any other document other than the Annual Pass B! original, do not give access to BIOPARC Fuengirola.
If you are at the ticket office and do not have your B annual pass, you will not be able to access the park. If you have purchased more than one B! Pass you will receive as many codes and keys as you have acquired. Each B! Pass token you must complete it with the data of the owner, checking that all the data is correct and does not contain errors.

Pass B! It is valid 365 days from the date of purchase. It allows access once a day without the possibility of leaving and re-entering on the same day. The Bive pass is valid for one year but you can only visit the park from Monday to Friday, not valid on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Because by purchasing the B! Pass, you collaborate with the conservation of the environment, since for each B! Pass whatever you buy, BIOPARC will allocate €1 to conservation programs for endangered animal species as well as their habitats through the BIOPARC Foundation.
You can renew Pass B! on our website and avoid filling in your details again, uploading the photo, etc. To renew it, click on this link and select the “Renew” button. Once you have renewed it, you will automatically receive your new Pass B! at the email address you indicated to us. When there is a change in the rate to be applied (from children to general or from general to +65) Pass B cannot be renewed! In these cases you will have to buy a new annual pass and select the new rate according to the particular conditions of the holder.
BIOPARC will verify the data of the holder after the renewal, and may cancel the Pass B! in case of detecting that the particular data and conditions of the holder do not correspond to the rate of Pass B! renovated.

At BIOPARC Fuengirola you can see more than 200 species of rainforest animals. Being a park that runs through the tropical jungles of Africa and Asia from Madagascar to the Indo-Pacific islands, you can see different emblematic species of the jungle such as lemurs, water antelopes, gorillas, orangutans or tigers. And, at the same time, you will have the opportunity to observe lesser-known but equally amazing animals such as the pygmy hippopotamus, the golden-cheeked gibbons or the tomistoma.
BIOPARC Fuengirola offers a visit in which the animals may not be seen at first glance, given the recreation of their natural environments, designed to offer natural environmental enrichment and work directly on the animals' well-being. Therefore, during your visit you will be able to see all the animals in the park, but you may not always be able to see them on the first attempt. If this is the case, you can always try to see the animal from another point of view, since most facilities are multi-vision, or come back a little later. In any case, we always recommend patience.
It must be taken into account that the facilities offer different spaces for each species according to the behavior, instinct and nature of each animal, allowing them to be in different places in the facility throughout the day.
In addition, there are species that sleep more than others, some take refuge from the sun and others love it, as well as species that seek leafy and high areas to see everything.
It is necessary to understand the visit as a walk through nature, in which the animals do not behave in the same way during the day and we are the people who have to, in some cases, discover where they are or visit the area at various times. .
Some animals may not be present in their enclosures for veterinary reasons, due to weather incidents or lack of light in the last moments of opening.
BIOPARC Fuengirola maintains normal activity on rainy days, as well as all the animals go to the outdoor facilities. Only when temperatures drop and for veterinary reasons do the Komodo dragon move indoors, as do large mammals. In any case, if there is an animal that cannot be seen due to weather reasons, you must inform the ticket office in advance.
BIOPARC Fuengirola does not have its own parking. Next to the park entrance you will find the Alfil car park that offers exclusive discounts for Bioparc Fuengirola customers. To use it, you will have to ask the box office and store staff for the discount ticket once you have your ticket.
