1. The request and management of the birthday service is made through queries made to the email address reservas@bioparcfuengirola.es
2. Admission and the honoree's menu are free.
3. The minimum reservation is 10 children's guests, not counting the honoree. If the number of children's guests is less, the difference must be paid. In this case, 10 menus will be served in the restaurant service.
4. The age of the honoree and his or her child guests will be between 3 and 12 years old. Children under 3 years old will not pay admission nor will they count towards the minimum number of guests.
5. The price of admission to the park, without drinks, for the parents of the honoree and accompanying adults is €17,50. If you have the Annual Pass B, you can enter at no cost by showing your Annual Pass B at the entrance to the park.
6. The arrival and collection of guests will be carried out by parents at the BIOPARC door. Under no circumstances can they access the premises without their corresponding ticket.
7. The monitor will accompany the children during the 1 and a half hour guided tour. Parents will ALWAYS be responsible for the children, so the group will have to be accompanied by at least one adult.
8. The discount for being the honored holder of Annual Pass B is applicable as long as the Annual Pass B! is in force on the day of celebration.
9. For a birthday reservation, it is essential to make a deposit of €100 and formalize the reservation at least 7 days in advance of the birthday celebration. This deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the current account: ES53 3058 0776 8027 2001 5351 (Cajamar) specifying in the subject the name and surname of the honoree and the day of the celebration. You must send proof to reserva@bioparcfuengirola.es
10. It is not allowed to bring decorative elements, balloons, piñatas... into the park.
11. Guided tour available in Spanish and English.
12. The story-telling and the Gymkhana are complementary services to the basic birthday package, with individual prices per child and a duration of 30 minutes per activity.

INFORMATION OF INTEREST

• The weight of the cake is calculated based on the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For the cake to be proportional to the number of children invited, these must be confirmed at least 72 business hours in advance.
• Changes in the number of children, made after these 72 hours, cannot be taken into account in the production of the cake.
• Drinks made by adults in restaurants will be paid directly at the restaurant.
• You can personalize the cake for €5 by sending your photo to 682 020 079 via WhatsApp or email reserva@bioparcfuelengirola.es indicating the child's name and day of celebration.

CANCELATIONS:

You can cancel the birthday celebration with at least 72 hours notice. If the celebration is canceled after this time, the reservation made will be lost.
