1. The request and management of the birthday service is carried out through queries made to the email address reservas@bioparcfuengirola.es.
2. The discount for invited children applies only if the guest of honour has an annual pass. This must be valid on the day of the celebration and presented at the box office.
3. Admission and the honoree's menu are free.
4. The minimum reservation is 10 child guests, not including the guest of honour. If the number of child guests is lower, the minimum of 10 must be paid. In this case, 10 menus will be served in the catering service.
5. The age of the guest of honor and his/her child guests will be between 3 and 14 years old. Children under 3 years old will not pay admission and will not be included in the minimum number of guests.
6. In the BASIC birthday package, the entrance fee to the park for the parents of the person being honoured and accompanying adults is €19 and does not include drinks. If you have the Annual Pass B, you can enter the park free of charge by showing your Annual Pass B at the entrance. With the PREMIUM package, the parents of the person being honoured will enjoy free entry. In addition, adults will have a 25% discount in the restaurant on the day of the celebration.
7. The arrival and collection of guests will be carried out by parents at the BIOPARC door. Under no circumstances can they access the premises without their corresponding ticket.
8. The instructor will accompany children during the 1-hour guided tour for the basic option and the 2-hour tour for the premium option. The instructor will not be present during restaurant service. Parents are ALWAYS responsible for children, so the group must be accompanied by at least one adult.
9. For birthday reservations, a deposit of €100 is required and the reservation must be made at least 7 days before the birthday celebration.
10. This deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the following current account: ES53 3058 0776 8027 2001 5351 (Cajamar) specifying, in the subject line, the name and surname of the person being honoured and the date of the event. Proof of payment must be sent to reservas@bioparcfuengirola.es once the transfer has been made.
11. It is not permitted to enter the park with decorative elements, balloons, piñatas, plates, cutlery, etc.

INFORMATION OF INTEREST

1. Children between 3 and 8 years old will be able to enjoy the storytelling 'Mawi's Adventures: In Search of the Mysterious Animal', with which they will discover first-hand the sharp teeth of a crocodile, the curious touch of a snake and much more.

2. Older children, aged between 8 and 14, will have the opportunity to rediscover the park with our fun treasure hunt 'Guess who's birthday it is!'. They will put their wits to the test by solving curious riddles.

3. The weight of the cake is calculated based on the number of children invited confirmed in the reservation. In order for the cake to be proportional to the number of children invited, these must be confirmed at least 72 business hours in advance. Changes in the number of children made after these 72 hours cannot be taken into account in the production of the cake. The cake contains gluten and traces of nuts.

4. The children's menu must be confirmed one week in advance and includes a drink of your choice on the day of the birthday. It is possible to choose different menus, as long as the menu chosen by each child is specified. It is not possible to make changes to the menu on the day of the celebration.

5. Consumptions made by adults will be paid directly at the restaurant.

6. You can personalize the cake for €5, by sending your photo to 682 020 079 via WhatsApp or to reservas@bioparcfuengirola.es indicating the child's name and the day of the celebration.
