Bioparc Fuengirola presents a new call for applications "Origin", its photography competition to mark its 25th anniversary, for organizational reasons and after introducing a series of adjustments aimed at facilitating participation and expanding the scope of the project.
Under the concept “Images that inspire, emotions that protect life”This initiative maintains its original objective: to value the perspective of those who connect with nature and to turn photography into a tool to excite, inspire and raise awareness about biodiversity conservation.
This new call for entries incorporates improvements that allow for more open participation, eliminating previous limitations and facilitating access for a greater number of photographers, both amateur and semi-professional and professional.
We seek images that transcend the visual. Photographs capable of telling stories, awakening emotions, and raising awareness about nature conservation.
Because protecting begins with feeling. And feeling begins with seeing.
The winning photograph will receive as cash prize of €4.000
Likewise, BIOPARC Fuengirola will donate €2.000 on behalf of the author to a conservation project of the BIOPARC Foundation., which will be chosen by the winner himself.
The 25 best images will be part of an official exhibition in the park.
